In order to play full contact rugby at practice and in games, there are 2 forms of registration that need to occur: USA Rugby Registration and HARC Club Registration.

USA Rugby Registration:

​For liability purposes, all players must CIPP with USA Rugby.

Please click "CIPP with USA Rugby" and follow the instructions below to CIPP.

Note: Players that ready to commit to the season can CIPP under "Houston Athletic Rugby" for the year.

​​Players that would like a trial period can select CIPP "At Large" and select "Weekly". This will allow them to participate at practice for one week at a much lower cost.

CIPP with USA Rugby

1. Register on Rugby Xplorer (RX) on your desktop or on mobile with on Apple or Google or click the link above.
2. Once registered, login to your Member Profile.
3. Select Register in the upper left hand corner.
4. Click on Find A Club.
5. Select the person you are planning to register (you may have children as linked accounts).
6. Enter the ‘Houston Athletic Rugby’. 
   
   1. You can enter 'At Large' and select weekly if you just want to try out rugby to its fullest for a week before committing to a full season
7. Choose the registration option applicable to you.
8. View the personal information of the person you are registering (you can edit this information later, this step ensures this is the correct person).
9. Upload a profile photo (or skip depending on whether this is required by your competition).
10. Update your emergency contact information and answer any other questions.
11. Review your Registration Summary.
12. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
13. Enter your Payment information to complete your registration.

Club Registration:

We also ask players to register with our club to help cover game and practice fields, travel expenses, social events, uniforms, and other operational costs with the club.

Please click "Register with HARC" and follow the instructions below.

Register with HARC

1. Click the link above.
2. Click Register with HARC.
3. Choose if you would like to pay one time, monthly or quarterly. Then click on Continue.
4. Fill out the needed demographic information then click Continue.
5. Fill out the needed registration information (have your birth certificate or passport in hand) and sign the waiver. Click Continue
6. Add your payment information. Click Finish.​
